The Nis Cluster of Advanced Technologies has been selected by the United Nations Development Program UNDP as an institution that will implement courses for .NET and Java programming in the next year.
In the framework of the Program for Innovation supported by the Innovation Fund, funds were approved in the amount of 1 million Euros for 5 projects. Of the total of 100 applications, among the companies that received funding, there are also two cluster members - INGSoftware with Project FamilyPay and Harder Digital Sova with the project "Intensified Day / Night Digital Camera with Image Enhancement".
In a consortium of 14 partners, on October 15, DualEdu (Implementation of Dual Education in Higher Education in Serbia) was launched, where NiCAT cluster is one of the partners and which is co-financed by the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union.
Within the framework of the Erasmus Call, on October 15, the BENEFIT project was launched (Boosting the Telecommunications Engineering Profile to meet modern society and industry needs) where NiCAT is one of 15 partners.
Center for Innovative Entrepreneurship of Youth (Startup Center) is opened. Startup Center is located at the Faculty of Electronic Engineering. The Prime Minister Ana Brnabić was also present at the opening ceremony. The aim of the Center is to bring young people closer to the opportunities that open the fourth industrial revolution.
