On 15 December, lecture How to achieve a successful career and what is the first step - the key elements of success, was held  by the director of the cluster Goran Mladenović, who has many years of experience in business, HR and organizational development.

This lecture was organized with the aim of introducing students and young people who are looking for their first job to the key elements of success, how to get to the first position, what are the basic competencies needed for career success, and how to successfully prepare for an interview.

The lecture was realized within the project BENEFIT (Improvement of the profile of telecommunication engineering in order to meet the needs of modern society and industry) which is co-financed by the Erasmus + Program of the European Union.
