A strategy meeting was held with a strong turnout from our member companies. The discussion covered the following topics:

• Organizing events and gatherings outside of working hours

• Strengthening collaboration with universities (Faculty of Electronic Engineering, Metropolitan, VTŠ)

• Planning business missions to Europe and the U.S.

• Developing the "IT for Niš" initiative in cooperation with the Science and Technology Park

• Increasing the number of member companies

• Establishing cooperation with Metropolitan University

• Applying for the C2Lab project with a focus on AI in healthcare

Key directions were defined: strengthening the community through knowledge and resource sharing, internationalization, and positioning Niš as a regional IT center.
