NiCAT member, Future Forward, has created an application "Štab" - a system that will help the Crisis Management Commitee of Mediana municipality in Nis during the Coronavirus pandemic.

There are two components of this system - a smartphone app and a web portal.

The web portal is a unique control center of the system, focused towards the organisations that are offering help to fellow citizens and they also have dedicated call centers.

On the other hand, the smartphone app enables volunteers to get insight into the list of open accounts, which are sorted based on the volunteer location, so that they can take the account and mark it as executed.
