Artificial intelligence (AI) remains a strategic priority for Serbia, which currently holds the presidency of the AI Summit. In this context, the participation of the NiCAT Director at the C2Lab Zaragoza 2025 event highlights the growing role of Serbian innovation in the European AI landscape.

NiCAT members proudly showcased a strong portfolio of AI-driven products and services, demonstrating their capacity to contribute to cutting-edge technological advancements and cross-border collaboration.

The event featured a comprehensive AI project workshop, addressing nine key focus areas and offering valuable opportunities for networking, knowledge exchange, and the formation of new European initiatives in AI development.

Significantly, the European Union has announced an investment of €40 billion in data center infrastructure in Zaragoza - a major step toward strengthening Europe's digital and AI capabilities.
